Testosterone Enanthate (intramuscular injection)

Description

Testosterone Enanthate Intramuscular Injection is a long-acting synthetic androgen hormone, with the most widely available brand in Pakistan being Testoviron Depot 250mg, manufactured by Bayer Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. It is a manufactured version of the naturally occurring male sex hormone testosterone, used in adult men for testosterone replacement to treat various health problems caused by a lack of testosterone, known as male hypogonadism. It is also used in certain adolescent boys to induce puberty in cases of delayed puberty, and may occasionally be used in women with certain types of breast cancer. Being an oil-based depot injection, it is administered slowly deep into the muscle, providing a sustained release of testosterone over several weeks, and requires a doctor’s prescription.
