TELFAST Tabs (Fexofenadine HCl)

Description

TELFAST Tablets (Fexofenadine HCl) is a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine manufactured by Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Ltd., available in 60mg and 120mg strengths. It is used to relieve symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and year-round allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis), including runny nose, itchy or blocked nose, sneezing, and itchy, watery, or red eyes. It works by selectively blocking histamine H1 receptors without causing drowsiness, making it an effective and well-tolerated antihistamine for daily allergy relief. It is also indicated for the treatment of chronic urticaria (hives) and is taken once daily, with or without food, as directed by a physician.
