Strepsils Lozenges Honey & Lemon Flavour

Description

Strepsils Lozenges Honey & Lemon Flavour contain two active antiseptics — 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg and amylmetacresol 0.6 mg — which work together to kill bacteria and viruses responsible for mouth and throat infections. Indicated for the symptomatic relief of sore throats, mouth infections, and associated discomfort, the honey and lemon flavouring provides a soothing effect on irritated mucosal surfaces. Each lozenge is dissolved slowly in the mouth; adults and children over 6 years may use one lozenge every 2–3 hours, not exceeding 8 lozenges in 24 hours. Generally well tolerated; hypersensitivity to any component is the primary contraindication.
