Description

Spasfon is a leading anti-spasmodic brand manufactured by Himont Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan, containing Phloroglucinol and Trimethylphloroglucinol as active ingredients, available in both Tablet (80mg/80mg) and Injection (40mg/amp) forms. Both active ingredients are potent spasmolytic agents that act directly on smooth muscle to relieve spasms by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, leading to increased intracellular cAMP levels which promote smooth muscle relaxation, making them highly effective in treating intestinal, biliary, and urinary tract spasms.
