Dirogest Tablets (DYDROGESTERONE)

Dirogest (Dydrogesterone) is a synthetic progestogen that is structurally and functionally close to natural progesterone, with high selectivity for progesterone receptors and no androgenic, estrogenic, or glucocorticoid activity. It is indicated for a wide range of progesterone-deficiency conditions including dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, irregular cycles, premenstrual syndrome, threatened or recurrent miscarriage, and luteal phase support in assisted reproduction. Unlike many other progestogens, it does not suppress ovulation at standard doses and is well tolerated with a favorable safety profile. It is available as an oral tablet, offering a convenient alternative to vaginal or injectable progesterone formulations.
