Clenil Compositum for aerosol nebulization is a combination suspension containing Beclomethasone Dipropionate (EP), an inhaled corticosteroid, and Salbutamol Sulphate (EP), a short-acting beta-2 agonist (SABA), offering both anti-inflammatory and bronchodilatory action in a single formulation. It is indicated for the treatment of reversible airway obstruction in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), particularly in patients requiring both maintenance and symptomatic relief. Administered via a jet nebulizer, it is especially useful in pediatric patients, the elderly, and those unable to coordinate conventional inhaler techniques.
