Testoviron Depot (Testosterone enanthate)

Description

Testoviron Depot (Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml) is a long-acting injectable androgen manufactured by Bayer Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., administered via deep intramuscular injection. It is a manufactured version of the naturally occurring male sex hormone testosterone, used in adult men for testosterone replacement to treat various health problems caused by a lack of testosterone, known as male hypogonadism. It is also used in certain adolescent boys to induce puberty in cases of delayed puberty, and may occasionally be used in women with certain types of breast cancer. Being an oil-based depot formulation, it releases testosterone slowly into the bloodstream over 2–4 weeks, maintaining stable hormone levels with each injection and requiring a valid doctor’s prescription.
