Description

Polygynax Vaginal Capsules (Neomycin + Polymyxin B + Nystatin) is a combination topical preparation used to treat vaginal infections caused by bacteria and fungi, including vaginitis, vulvovaginitis, and mixed infections involving both bacterial and candidal organisms. It combines Neomycin and Polymyxin B for broad-spectrum antibacterial action, along with Nystatin, an antifungal agent that effectively targets Candida species by disrupting fungal cell membranes.
