Navidoxine (Meclizine, B6)

Description

Navidoxine is a combination antiemetic containing Meclizine (an antihistamine/anticholinergic) and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), commonly used to relieve nausea, vomiting, and dizziness — particularly in motion sickness and pregnancy-related morning sickness. Meclizine works by blocking histamine H1 receptors in the vestibular system, while B6 supports neurotransmitter regulation to reduce nausea. It is generally well-tolerated, with drowsiness being the most common side effect.
