Description

Contractubex Gel is a combination topical preparation containing Cepalin (onion extract), Heparin, and Allantoin, indicated for the treatment and prevention of hypertrophic and keloid scars resulting from surgery, burns, wounds, and acne. Cepalin inhibits fibroblast proliferation and reduces scar tissue formation, Heparin exerts anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effects, while Allantoin promotes skin regeneration and softening of scar tissue. Applied directly to the affected area and massaged gently 2–3 times daily, it helps flatten, soften, and fade scars over time with regular use. It is suitable for both fresh and old scars and is generally well tolerated, though it should be avoided on open wounds or broken skin.
