Description

Combigan Eye Drops (Brimonidine Tartrate + Timolol) by Allergan is a fixed-dose combination indicated for reducing elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Brimonidine (alpha-2 agonist) reduces aqueous humor production while Timolol (beta-blocker) further suppresses secretion, providing an additive IOP-lowering effect. Instilled twice daily, it is contraindicated in reactive airway disease, bradycardia, and concurrent MAO inhibitor use.
